About this role
Empathix is an AI recruitment platform, and we're hiring our first recruiter.
Fast-growing lean teams usually have two options: recruit themselves or use an agency, and neither really fits. Empathix gives them the reach and rigour of a proper agency search, run on a platform, so they can go after the people they actually want.
The role
Win the work and fill it: build relationships, find out who's hiring, get on the brief, then place candidates through Empathix.
Recruit across whatever our clients need next, usually engineering, product, sales and operations.
Once a role is filled, help clients get set up on the platform properly, so the work builds on itself each month instead of starting from scratch.

The money
$80,000 base plus uncapped commission.
You
At least 18 months on an agency desk, though I care more about how you're tracking than how long you've been doing it.
You've won your own work. If your roles have always been handed to you, this would be a hard landing.
